Jack's Rant

Good morning fellow paddlers! The good news is I survived the personal
guided tour through "Wilson's HOUSE OF PAIN".Wasn't it Attila the Hun who
said"take no prisoners" or Have I got your attention yet?"or"I must be
getting soft, they can still breathe!" NO!NO!NO, fellow paddlers! that was
our esteemed coach "Attila" Wilson,Whose resemblanse to the originalAttila
(fiercely competitive ,focused, committed,Loyal, driven, SHORT,etc.ect.)is
downright uncanny!
I will be Leaving the ST'KEYA SURVIVOR SERIES for the next three pratices to
visit  my father in Stubblejumper Junction(a.k.a.Saskatoon) For the record,
his "house of pain" isn't much different than our omnipotent coach,it's just
drier!
So if you think I'm running away to the prairies to escape the relentless
onslaught of 3 Bobs, 3 Fully rotated strokes,16ramped-up digs, 61strokes per
minute(timing, timing, timing) Endless power 10's,YOU WOULD BE ABSOLUTLY
RIGHT!!!! P.S. I blame MIKE FOX for the "Little paddle" that turned out to
be up and down the gorge SIX TIMES NON- STOP because obviously the coach
overheard him say that we should be working harder in practise Thankyou,
mike for your motivational  input and ,let me say, having you with us last
night ,in spirit, was absolutly NO CONSOLATION!!! See you all when I get
back,regards, Jack
